• Sell, transfer, or assign your account

5.1 Permitted Uses

• Tracking football/soccer statistics
• Managing teams and players
• Organizing matches and results
• Analyzing performance data
• Sharing public match reports

5.2 Prohibited Activities

• Illegal Activities: Use for unlawful purposes
• Harassment: Harass, abuse, or harm users
• False Information: Provide misleading info
• Impersonation: Impersonate any person
• Scraping: Use automated tools to scrape
• Security Violations: Breach security measures
• Malware: Upload viruses or malicious code
• Spam: Send unsolicited communications

5.3 Content Standards

User-generated content must not contain:

• Hate speech or discrimination
• Explicit or inappropriate content
• Personal information of minors without consent
• Copyright/trademark violations

9.1 Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, immediate defect correction, or 100% uptime.

9.2 Maintenance

We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. Emergency maintenance may occur without notice.

9.3 Modifications

We reserve the right to modify features, change usage limits or pricing (with 30 days' notice), and update these Terms.

11.1 Service "AS IS"

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR SECURITY.

11.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CODEBASE SOLUTIONS LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

11.3 Exceptions

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
