Create an Invite Link

Generate a unique invite link from your group settings that you can share with anyone you want to join.

  2. 2Find the Invite section
  3. 3Click Create Invite Code to generate a new link

For pickup groups, share the link in your group chat right before creating a new match so players can join and register quickly.

Members Join Your Group

When someone clicks your invite link, they will be guided through the joining process.

  1. 1They click the invite link you shared
  2. 2If they do not have an account, they will be prompted to create one
  3. 3They are automatically added to your group with the role you specified

After Joining

New members can immediately see your group's teams, matches, and players. If they need to be linked to a player profile, they can submit a link request.

Tips

Set Usage Limits

Set a maximum number of uses on invite codes to prevent them from being shared too widely.

Use Expiration Dates

Set expiration dates on invite codes so they cannot be used after a certain time.

Common Issues

Invite link is not working

  • Check if the invite code has expired
  • Verify the code has not reached its usage limit
  • Make sure the link is copied completely

Member joined but cannot see content

  • Check their role - Viewers have limited access
  • They may need to refresh the page
